Situated in the charming village of Simoneti, our winery was founded with a vision to revive the rich heritage of Georgian wine. By uniting the distinct viticultural traditions of Kakheti and Imereti, we craft wines that embody the essence of these renowned regions. We believe that exceptional wine begins in the vineyard. Our dedication to vine care, soil health, and meticulous agrotechnical practices ensures that each grape reaches its fullest potential. Though our winery is small, it shines brightly, producing premium still and sparkling wines that showcase the finest Kakhetian and Imeretian varieties.

Distinct Expressions of Two Terroirs

Our winery relies on two distinct terroirs: the vineyards of Kakheti and Imereti. Distinct soils, microclimates, topographies, and grape varieties lend a unique, distinguished character to each region.

Kakheti’s continental and relatively dry climate, intense sunlight, and soil characteristics impart exceptional structure and character to the grapes. Meanwhile, Imereti’s more humid and temperate climate fosters a different aromatic profile, lively aromas, and a refined structure in the wine.
