Situated in the charming village of Simoneti, our winery was founded with a vision: to revive Georgia’s rich winemaking heritage. Bringing together the distinct viticultural traditions of Kakheti and Imereti, we create wines that express the character of both regions.
Though small in scale, Simoneti Wine Cellar is guided by a clear ambition to craft premium still and sparkling wines with authenticity, precision, and respect for the land.
