2. Age Requirement

Our website sells alcoholic beverages. By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the legal drinking age in your country of residence. We make every effort to describe our wines accurately, including vintage, varietal, and pricing information. However:

• Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual bottle or label (for example, due to vintage changes)
• Prices are listed in Georgian Lari (₾) and may change without prior notice
• Availability of specific wines and vintages is limited, and we cannot guarantee stock for every product listed
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions, even after an order has been placed

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website:

• You are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering, processed through our secure third-party payment provider
• We do not store your full payment card details on our servers
• An order confirmation does not guarantee availability — if a wine you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial refund, or a full refund

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify age.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to ship and deliver orders within a reasonable timeframe, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Someone of legal drinking age must be available to receive and sign for alcohol deliveries where required
• Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of wine once it has left our winery, except in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or faulty
• You received the wrong item
• The order was cancelled by us before dispatch
