brilliance. Through a synthesis of the technological processes unique to the Tsolikouri
variety and international experience, we have crafted a perfectly balanced wine brimming
with rich aromas. This pale lemon sparkling wine delights the senses with aromas of lemon
peel, green apple, lime, peach blossom, and toasted bread. It is graced with a splendid
balance of refreshing acidity, light body, and a lingering velvety finish.
